SUBSTANCE: invention can be used when generating electric current using energy of solar radiation as thermal source. Solar power plant includes at least one solar collector, steam generator, steam turbine and condenser. Steam generator includes heat accumulator for short-term storage of thermal energy and represents a vessel with heat insulation, filled with high-temperature fluid. Plant includes the first closed circulation circuit with high-temperature heat carrier, in which collector are connected in series and steam generator, the first circuit comprises heat exchanger arranged in steam generator. Plant includes the second closed circulation circuit with low-boiling working medium, in which steam generator, steam turbine, kinematically connected with electric generator, and a capacitor, which includes heat exchanger connected to cold water supply pipeline and pipeline for outlet of hot water, the second circuit comprises heat exchanger arranged in steam generator are serially connected.
EFFECT: technical result is increased efficiency of converting solar energy.
