FIELD: tools.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hand tools with rotary working member. Tool has a tool body, a drive shaft disposed in tool body, a driven shaft to which a working member is attached, an Oldham's, an elastic element, an intermediate shaft and a speed reduction unit. Oldham's coupling is disposed between drive shaft and driven shaft to transmit rotation of drive shaft to driven shaft. Elastic element disposed between driven shaft and tool body. Driven shaft is prevented from moving in a longitudinal direction relative to tool body and allowed to move in a direction transverse to longitudinal direction relative to tool body. Elastic element absorbs movement of driven shaft relative to tool body. Intermediate shaft extends in same direction as driven shaft. Intermediate shaft is installed in tool body to transmit rotation of drive shaft to driven shaft via Oldham's coupling. Speed reduction unit is configured to transmit rotation of drive shaft to intermediate shaft with low speed.
EFFECT: reduced vibration of tool body.
