FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to induction furnaces of guide action. Device contains a spring-loaded movable thermocouple installed on driving carriage for measuring temperature of heated billet prior to discharge from furnace, and control system for transportation of workpieces. Control system comprises sensors recording movements of pusher and carriage with a thermocouple, fixed on carriage sensor limitation of its travel at contact of thermocouple with end of heated workpiece in furnace and compression spring. System also comprises a unit for generating control commands, configured for adjusting pusher stroke during loading-unloading of next workpiece on registered carriage travel transducer actual deviation of its travel relative to preset adjustable penetration of heated workpiece in furnace.
EFFECT: reduced non-uniformity of heating of workpieces.
