FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to high-voltage overhead lines and power transfer networks of types: high HVL 110-220 kV, ultra-high voltage class HVL 220÷330 kV, 330-750 kV, and ultra-high voltage class above 750 kV, as well as to methods for their erection, operation, and power transfer. High-voltage overhead line of high-voltage power transfer network includes tower supports, mounted on foundations, with traverses, insulators, tension and trunnion-type clamps without damaging sheath, and set of high-temperature composite electric wires fixed therein, each having core of at least one composite strand, and multi-strand layer. HVL are mounted during either erection or operational repair, reconstruction, or recovery, using method which can provide damage-proof technology and maintenance of electric wires, by means of both integral process equipment developed therein and using individual wire lengths for line installation, equal to complete anchor construction length of line, or to any mounting section. Process solutions include mounting with uncoiling electric wires through brake machine and provision of technological tension of electric wires by tension machine, use of expansion rollers with non-damaging bed, for example, equipped with rubber layer, as well as exact regulation of minimum radiuses of both reels with factory electric wire winding and reels in brake machine on condition of non-damaging, economical consumption of material, and reduced resistance per unit of transfered electric power.
EFFECT: excluding additional losses of transmitted electric power in electric wire joints with minimised number thereof.
