SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to systems for controlling fluid flow. Fluid flow rate control device comprises housing with inlet union, outlet union and discharge opening. Feed channel extends between inlet and outlet union, and booster unit is arranged in housing. Booster unit comprises a control element and actuator and forms a discharge channel passing between outlet union and discharge opening. Feeding hole is located in booster unit in feed channel between inlet and outlet union, and at least the first damping device is functionally connected with booster unit.

EFFECT: higher reliability and efficiency.
