FIELD: measuring systems.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to systems for monitoring and control of industrial processes. Transducer comprises a piezoelectric transducer having a first terminal and a second terminal; normal operation circuit for operating piezoelectric transducer during normal operation; self-test circuit for supplying a charging current to piezoelectric transducer in diagnostic self-test mode control signal and formation as a function of voltage across piezoelectric transducer caused by charging current. Self-test circuit comprises: a resistor charging current supply to first terminal of piezoelectric transducer through resistor; and switching circuit for disconnecting circuit of normal mode for connection of resistors with first terminal of piezoelectric transducer and for connection of second terminal to earth in diagnostic self-test mode. Self-test circuit measures voltage at piezoelectric transducer for certain period of time after charging current supply on piezoelectric transducer and, if voltage on piezoelectric transducer is composed of RC charging of standard curve of capacitance connection based on measured voltage with value between first threshold value and second threshold value, self-test circuit supplies test signal, which indicates normal state.
EFFECT: technical result consists in possibility of self-testing.
