FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, namely to martensite corrosion-resistant steels used for making cutting, measuring tool, springs, household items, bearings, parts of compressors and other items operating to temperatures of 400-450 °C and in slightly aggressive media. Steel contains, wt%: carbon 0.36-0.45, silicon 0.20-0.80, manganese 0.20-0.80, chromium 12.00-14.00, bismuth 0.06-0.13, calcium 0.002-0.003, aluminium 0.02-0.04, sulphur not more than 0.025, phosphorus not more than 0.030, nickel not more than 0.60, molybdenum not more than 0.30, copper not more than 0.30, titanium not more than 0.20, vanadium not more than 0.20, tungsten not more than 0.20, iron is rest.
EFFECT: better machinability at maintaining required mechanical properties and corrosion resistance, as well as improving environmental situation production due to reduced aggressiveness of hazardous emissions into ambient atmosphere.
