SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device for solid fuel combustion and is used for heating rooms. Device for combustion of solid fuel is furnace, housing of which completely consists of burnt refractory carbide material, mainly silicon carbide. Housing comprises external surface of furnace and burner to make combustion chamber inside housing for combustion of solid fuel. Burner includes door for access to furnace chamber and shutter to direct air downward along inner surface of door.

EFFECT: burnt refractory carbide material provides cleaner and more efficient burning, as well as heating after combustion process during long period of time.
