FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: solid fuel combustion method in which air-blast gases are supplied through air intake hole adjustable as to the section depending on temperature and located in upper part of combustion chamber, self-adjusting air pipeline as to height with air distributor, and after oxidation reaction of fuel mixed with flue gases to the flue pipe, mixture of air and flue gases is passed downwards through secondary heat exchange chamber and flue pipe located in lower part of heat exchange chamber on the level of ash hole; at that, air in combustion chamber is distributed in the following way: to combustion centre - 65-75%; above combustion centre - 25-35%.
EFFECT: invention allows increasing the combustion time and thermal power of solid-fuel heating appliances, as well as thermal capacity of volume unit of housing and functional capability of solid-fuel heating appliances.
