FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: ceramic articles made using disclosed method can be used in different devices of electronic engineering and radio electronics, as well as heat sinks in powerful lighting devices, substrates for electric heating elements and heat-resistant electrical insulators. During preparation of charge aluminium nitride powder with particle size 1-1,3 mcm is mixed with 2.3-2.7 wt% finely dispersed powder of yttrium oxide with particle size less than 1 mcm and 0.1-0.3 wt% yttrium oxide nano powder with particle size of 1-100 nm. Yttrium oxide nano powder is introduced after its deaggregation in alcoholic solution with help of ultrasonic treatment. Slip is prepared by mixing of charge with organic component, cast ceramic tape. From obtained tape with thickness of 200-250 mcm thick stacks formed 1,500-1,600 mcm, is pressed and cut into pieces. Produced billets are heated at temperature of 550-580 C and sintered at pressure of nitrogen at temperature of 1,750-1,800 C heating and annealing of ceramic billets is carried out in saggers and on plates from boron nitride.
EFFECT: reduced porosity of produced ceramics and their heat conductivity of 180 W/m·K or higher.
