FIELD: printing industry.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is system for controlling and monitoring pressure printed rollers including forming rolls and anilox rolls arranged around central drum of flexographic printing machine, containing at least one reading device, which can be arranged in printed rollers printing machine for detection of contrast print configuration wrapped around central drum printing machine, and is configured to read over entire width of printing and measuring print configuration in relation to its background. At that, said value corresponds to said contrast. Processing and control unit, which is connected with said at least one reading device and is configured to determine position of printed rollers relative to said central drum, and controlling said position depending on contrast detected by said reading device in order to obtain desired print. At that, said processing and control unit comprises control section and processing section, which have possibility to send instruction to execute sequence of gradual movements of type of roller relative to central drum or also roll relative to gravure roll for contact during printing at different pressures printing.
EFFECT: maintaining, for each movement of type of roller, obtained data relative to its position, and contrast, measured reading device, and analysis and processing received data and automatically calculate position and, consequently, printed type pressure roller relative to central drum to obtain desired print.
