FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: method of developing high-viscosity oil deposit involves pumping through injection wells solution of surface active substance and heat carrier and extraction of products through production wells. First, in minefield section is separated with production wells and 5 or 6 injection wells, at section of development there are intensification operations. Injection well is operated with operating coefficient not less than 80 %, and deviation of average month capacity of not more than 20 % of average level for 12 months before and after intensification operations. Production wells are operated with operating coefficient not less than 80 % monthly for 6 months before and 12 months after intensification operations. During intensification operations alternately into each injection well temperature resistant surfactant solution is pumped in concentration from 0.1 to 1 wt% for 4-6 days in an amount proportional to well injection capacity, after which during 24-26 days as a heat carrier is pumped waste heated water, wherein heat-resistant surfactant solution is first pumped into one injection well, at following day after injection of injected solution temperature resistant surfactant in other injection well and in series to all injection wells, while heat carrier is pumped into each injection well after injection of solution of temperature resistant surfactant.
EFFECT: increasing oil recovery of deposit.
