SUBSTANCE: invention refers to oil industry and can be implemented at development of oil deposit in cyclic mode. The invention facilitates increased yield of oil from the deposit. The essence of the invention is as follows: at development of oil deposit there is carried out withdrawal of oil via producers and pumping working agent through pressure wells in the cyclic mode. Intake capacity of the pressure well is measured in 2-5 days after half-cycle of limiting pumping and start-up of pressure well into operation. Month average intake capacity of the well is calculated from an analytical expression. Calculated month average intake capacity is assigned as the mode for the following cycle of operation of the pressure well.

EFFECT: increased yield of oil from deposit.
