FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil industry and can be used during development of oil formations with high degree of depletion. According to method formation areas are determined, where accumulated oil extraction from initial recoverable reserves exceeds 80 %. At these sections into one or several production wells there pumped fringe of oil from this formation. This fringe is flushed with water with overall mineral content of not less than 50 % of formation water. After that well is started in production. Ratio of volume of pumped oil to volume of bursting water is from 1:10 to 1:100. Pumping of fringe of oil with flushing with water is carried out at stopped during operations of nearest wells located at distance of 500 m and less than to analysed ones. Flow rate is the same or less of water flow rate in closest injector wells. Volume of pumped oil fringe in one well is calculated as per analytical expression.
EFFECT: technical result is increase of oil recovery during development of oil formations with high degree of depletion.
