FIELD: electronic equipment.
SUBSTANCE: detachable video recorder is attached to windshield or glass panel. Video recorder includes a housing and a video camera. In housing there are side walls forming a closed inner cavity inside housing, which is substantially sealed from smoke, steam and/or dust. Front side is made substantially flat and has a window, only through which received optical radiation passes into a closed inner cavity. Housing has a configuration allowing to fix to windshield or glass panel with possibility of disconnection. Video camera is located inside inner closed cavity. Optical axis of video camera lens is oriented towards window. Clamping mechanism is configured to move relative to axis perpendicular to video camera and/or along optical axis of video camera. According to a second version, video recorder also includes a plate with opening and inner connecting profile, and spacer designed for attachment to plate and to be attached to windshield.
EFFECT: avoid penetration of light from external sources of light into video camera lens.
