FIELD: production of composite materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composite panel and projection assembly for indicator on windshield (HUD), to method for production of said composite panel, as well as to its use. Composite panel for indicator on windshield comprises upper edge and lower edge, includes at least external panel and inner panel, which are connected to each other by means of a thermoplastic intermediate layer, and a transparent electroconductive coating on the surface of the inner panel facing the intermediate layer, in which thickness of intermediate layer is variable at least in sections in vertical direction between lower edge and upper edge, and in which inner panel has thickness of less than 1.6 mm, outer panel has thickness of 2.1 mm to 4.5 mm, and full thickness of composite panel is at least 4.4 mm.
EFFECT: invention provides a composite panel for an indicator on the windshield, having an electrically conductive coating, in which the parasitic image created by the coating is effectively prevented.
