FIELD: weapons and ammunition; training means.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to small training devices, particularly, to device and method for shooting practice. Device for shooting practice comprises position transducer, consisting of electronic units and sensors combined in one housing, namely: three-axis accelerometer, magnetometer, and gyroscope, and comprises forehead video camera. Video camera provides video monitoring of barrel end movement and recording of target path. There is lighting device under barrel for illumination of flying pellets. Method for shooting practice consists in that after shot's order, target flies from throwing machine at trench or round shot stand, simultaneously video recording is performed with forehead camera and position transducer synchronously, and camera for recording target breaks produces duplicating record. In bullet firing shot uses gun with position transducer rigidly fixed under barrel.
EFFECT: higher efficiency in shooting practice is achieved.
