SUBSTANCE: invention deals with development of small arms firing training method in which firing training process owing to breathing training considering biological feedback becomes more effective due to more accurate determination of the moment which is optimum for firing. The above biological feedback is established as per breathing frequency and pulse by means of visual action by moving images illustrating breathing frequency and pulsogram on target.
EFFECT: higher firing efficiency.
