SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to thermostatic valve head, in particular to radiator valve. Thermostatic head (1) for valve (2) containing base (4), housing (5) connected with said base (4), rotary handle (6) installed on specified body (5), wherein said rotary handle (6) is made with possibility of rotation around axis (7), and scale (8), indicating the angular position of said rotary handle (6) relative to said body (5), at that there is a transmission mechanism converting rotary motion of said rotary handle (6) into translational motion in the direction parallel to said axis (7); note here that there is marking (10), indicating axial position of said rotary handle (6) relative to this base (4).

EFFECT: this simplifies control of preset temperature.
