FIELD: mechanisms.
SUBSTANCE: device for thread in knot about article includes casing and knotting mechanism located inside casing. Knotting mechanism is made up of two rings surrounding article, each of which has continuous channel, wherein channels of each ring are opposite to each other and gripping shuttle to catch thread with possibility of its release. At that, during knotting operation shuttle moves between channels of each ring and inside these channels, wherein around article and along its length. Device also contains at least one device for pulling threads out of item in suitable time moments during knotting operations. Method performing by device includes use of thread feed mechanism to shuttle, which swings for setting to which side of knotting plane should be thread in shuttle, use of gripping shuttle thread and its movement around product along circular trajectory in one plane forming assembly and use of device for pulling threads off item in suitable time moments during movement of thread around article and for rotation of thread to make a loop through which shuttle with thread passes. Invention is also another version of device for thread in unit about article comprises thread feed mechanism to shuttle made with possibility of movement for setting at which side of knotting plane should be shuttle and knotting mechanism located inside casing. At that, knotting mechanism is made up of shuttle gripping thread with possibility of its release, wherein shuttle moves along circular trajectory in one plane of knot forming. Device also includes device for pulling threads off item, which is same as above described method.
