FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture, in particular to viticulture. The method comprises connection of the rootstock with the scion, waxing of grafting, stratification on glauconite, planting in nursery-garden, and treatment of vegetative plants with fertilizers. At that stratification is carried out in two stages: first non-waxed graftings are immersed horizontally into a callusing room for 48 hours in a nutrient medium containing the biologically active substance as Albite 0.4% at a solution temperature of 25-28°C. Then final stratification is carried out for up to 15 days in the room with the installation of grafting vertically on glauconite. After waxing and hardening they are planted in nursery-garden where treated with a solution of Albit 0.2% twice a month during the growing season.
EFFECT: method enables to increase the yield and quality of planting material, resistance to pests and diseases.
