Communication device, communication system and method of communication interact for transmitting a signal from a base station, signal includes a current frame and a target frame. Counting module counts frame period and reception control module receiving module provides transition to standby state. Reception control module provides a return module receiving from standby state until result of count, carried out counting module, of target frame.

EFFECT: reception control unit ensures return of also receiving module in a standby state for a period of time based on a difference between current frame and target frame.
