SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for cooking food, namely, to furnace for roasting food containing: outer body containing walls forming internal volume, and transparent part; at least one door. Internal volume is divided into area for heat generation by means of heating and food preparation area, containing at least one grid supporting food. Said at least one door is connected with said at least one grid, which is supported with possibility of movement in inner housing and comprises partition located opposite said door relative to said grates and made with possibility of closing area for food preparation at complete extraction of above grid of furnace. Transparent part is part of front wall of said furnace. Said at least one grid is installed with possibility of side output of above grid of furnace.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at creation of furnace for roasting food, which does not waste heat, thus providing good efficiency, and which does not affect operator with high temperature or smoke and catches fluid, connected with cooking, in extraction of grids and movement of food.
