FIELD: portable universal electric home appliance devices for rationally preparing or heating food having low-voltage power sources with voltage 12V, 24V, 36V, suitable for using in different conditions, for example in home, in automobiles, railway road transport vehicles, in sea and river ships, restaurants for preparing shashlick, for heating food products such as water, children nutrition, tea and so on, for drying mushrooms, pans. SUBSTANCE: oven includes at least two horizontally arranged shampour rods in the form of removable electric heaters with tubular heat-resistant envelope and heating member inside it, particularly of metallic wire; heating chamber having removable cover, members for fixing it, temperature regulator, smoking unit and made with possibility of connecting shampour rods with electric power source. Detachable heat-deflecting screen is placed between cover and shampour rods; said heat deflecting screen may be also used as dishware. Electric oven with power 120 Wt supplied from electric circuit of automobile allows to prepare shashlick for 20 - 35 min. Shampour rod according to invention provides high quality rapid multiple modes for preparing food at small power consumption.
