SUBSTANCE: invention relates to geophysics and can be used in processing and analysing data geological wells. Disclosed is method of generating geologic model of soil on basis of data geological wells. According to proposed method, set of data on wells, geological sections and engineering-construction elements is obtained. Then set of peaks and structural ribs at data obtained in previous step is formed. After that Delaunay triangulation is performed at formed tops and ribs on previous step. Then close layers of materials are formed. Finally, for each eventually approximate layer materials formed in previous step geometry correctly describing engineering-construction elements is created.

EFFECT: high accuracy of forming three-dimensional geological model of soil due to creation of geometries, which make it possible to correctly simulating natural layers together with industrial.
