FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: territory requiring zoning is selected. The sources of the environment man-made noise are identified. The architectural and planning characteristic features of the territory are established. The territory map is covered with a regular or an irregular mesh so that at least one mesh cell is placed in a minimum structural area of residential development. Nodal points at the intersections of the mesh lines are marked. The previously identified man-made noise sources are marked on the map. Acoustic calculations are performed with the establishment of the estimated average daily levels of man-made noise at the nodal points. Thereinafter the points of performing the field measurements of environment man-made noise level in the selected territory on the number of nodal mesh points based on the conditions of the full range coverage of previously obtained indicators of calculated average daily noise level at the nodal points. And according to the field measurements, the actual average level of noise from the environment sources iscalculated. The figures obtained are marked on the map at an appropriate nodal point. The compliance rate between the estimated and actual average daily noise levels at this point are established. And thereinafter the field measurements points of the man-made noise level are connected on the map by non-intersecting segments into triangles. The system of triangles with vertices in the field measurements points is formed. A plane equation is formulated for each triangle. For the points lying inside the triangle, the interpolation procedure is performed. For the points lying outside the system of triangles, the extrapolation procedure is performed. Taking into account the obtained spatially distributed coefficients of conformity, the verified noise levels at the nodal points on the territory map are calculated. The map of the spatial distribution of verified noise levels is made. The zoning of the selected area as per the risk of possible public health disorders is carried out with the use of the risk scale.
EFFECT: method allows to adequately and reliably carry out the zoning according to the level of adverse acoustic impact of the environment man-made noise on the population and to the formed health risk for the population living in each area by taking into account the different noise sources and the architectural and planning characteristic features, covering the map with a regular or an irregular mesh, carrying out the field measurements, carrying out the interpolation or extrapolation of the measurement results.
