SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electronic communication systems and can be used for operating a mobile device, having a touch locking state. Disclosed is a mobile device with a touch panel and method of operating interlock contact to it. Mobile device preferably includes a unit of RF-communication to support communication services, a touch panel to receive touch input, a display unit to display screen, where screen includes at least one of previously established image, text and raster image, and a controller for installation of interlock contact touch panel according to previously established criteria. Also, controller controls display unit to display at least one of text and image or at least one specific icon corresponding to event of receiving information, which is based on unit of RF-communication state locking contact. Part of display screen can be blocked, or only some predetermined sensory functions are allowed.
EFFECT: technical result is high functionality of mobile device.
