SUBSTANCE: invention relates to recovery of filter-catcher particles for motor vehicle. Method of regenerating filter-catcher particles for motor vehicle including internal combustion engine, method employs phase of regeneration, which is controlled using target temperature of regeneration, containing preliminary phase additional heating, which is controlled using target temperature of additional heating, higher than target regeneration temperature, followed by phase with lower temperature.
EFFECT: technical result is assurance of effective regeneration of filter-trap particles.
