SUBSTANCE: invention is related to tobacco production technology. Method involves extracting mixture of estragon and rose flowers with liquid carbon dioxide following with corresponding miscella separation, impregnating mixture of fine tobacco fraction with or without addition of cellulose-containing material is impregnated with separated miscella with simultaneous pressure boost, depressurisation to atmospheric value with simultaneous freezing of the tobacco blend, separation of carbon dioxide by sublimation, addition of invert syrup and softener, fermentation and packaging in tight container.

EFFECT: method allows to produce a target product not prone to stratification.
