FIELD: pipes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to application of coating on long articles and is aimed at processing of any diameters of pipes with dense and viscous paints. Installation for application of paint materials and bitumen-mastic emulsions represents conveyor. Conveyor sections are arranged on guides cleaning and degreasing, application of coating material and drying of pipe inner surface. Plant also includes facility for pipe displacement between said sections. Section of cleaning and degreasing comprises electric actuator with retention mechanism and pipe rotation and mechanism of attachment and movement of shaft inside pipe. At one end of shaft pipe inner surface cleaning brushes are arranged, degreasing fluid spray nozzles, and rollers for uniform cleaning of pipe inner surface. Second end of shaft is fixed on platform with lifter with degreasing feed pump connected with motor, and fluid tank. Section of application of coating material involves electric actuator, on which there are retention mechanism and pipe rotation, a mechanism for attachment and movement inside pipe shaft with its one end of nozzle feed coating material and rollers for uniform application of coating material onto pipe inner surface. Section of application also includes a pump to feed coating material coupled with motor, and capacity for coating material. Drying section of pipe inner surface is a drying chamber with hot air.

EFFECT: technical result is increased efficiency and reliability during operation of pipes.
