FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing equipment intended for painting pipe inner surfaces and can be used in machine building for painting inner surfaces of parts with tubular cylindrical shape, including shell rings, vessels and machine parts. Proposed plant has guides linked by cross beam and arranged on support surface. Said guides support "П"-shape protective screen to be rolled manually thereon and transport carriage with two support assemblies furnished with support rollers. Pipe to be painted is arranged on said rollers by means of temporary rings. Screen height exceeds that of the carriage with pipe placed thereon. One of aforesaid support assemblies accommodates ripe rotation friction drive representing geared motor. Reversing steel rope drive that moves said carriage along the bar is mounted on the frame crosswise beam and represents electric winch. Steel rope is wound on winch drum, rope one end being fastened to said drum. Said steel rope is passed through holes made in support assemblies enveloping the block mounted on the frame mounting plate and has its other end fastened on the carriage. Grid terminal position pickups are mounted on aforesaid guides and connected to control board. Rubbing assembly is additionally mounted on the bar. Said assembly represents air-driven engines of rotation and pneumatic cylinders to feed cylindrical drums with brushes to and withdraw them therefrom. Air ducts and pipes are laid inside the hollow bar furnished with mounting openings made on its surface.
