FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to making articles from polymer materials, specifically to a two-channel extrusion head. Technical result is achieved by a two-channel extrusion head for making polymer facing of shape rail, which comprises a body, made detachable from four sections that form shaping channels of profile section with upper and lower sections and inserts of head case communicated with feed channel. In upper and lower sections there are grooves having an interfaced surface with oval and triangular cross section shapes. On inserts mounted between upper and lower sections there are oval-shaped protrusions, arranged symmetrically to surfaces of curved recesses of upper and lower sections. Between inserts there is a recess for coolant passage.
EFFECT: simplified design, higher efficiency and improved quality of shaped racks.
