FIELD: data processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing natural language and specifically to extraction and searching for information on collection of documents. Method for automatic identification of information objects, presented in document, and information objects in document repository, corresponding to same object of real world, method for computer system, consisting in fact that search templates global identification and combinations of templates global identification document, search for same global identification templates and their combinations in document repository, searching pairs of information objects, information of object of document and information of object from storage, satisfying same combinations of templates, checking found pairs for consistency and those selected information objects, which can be combined and stored in storage in one object, and adding information on one or more information object from document into storage of documents.
EFFECT: efficient identification of information objects, presented in document, and information objects in storage of documents.
