SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method and a system for searching data in data warehouses. Method comprises initiating requesting data from a computing device by a request initiator, generating a data acquisition module by a computing device, including a data acquisition module data warehouse, copying interpreted structures and their metadata stored in an external data warehouse, data of which are stored in the format of the SPO-triples (subject-predicate-object), and in the data acquisition module of the data acquisition module, interpretable structures are stored, which determine how to obtain the SPO-triple from the other SPO-triple, and determining the method of detecting the presence of the presentation of the SPO-triples stored in the data storage module of the data acquisition module and the SPO-triples, processing the request by searching in the data storage of the triple acquisition module to present the SPO-triplets and metadata corresponding to the request, and then in the external data store, if no data are found, interaction between the request initiator, the data acquisition module and the external data storage through the matcher common interface, which is common for the request initiator, the data acquisition module and the external data storage.

EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency of data search.
