FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for protection of a pump power cable against mechanical damage in the process of lifting and lowering of pump-compressor pipes hanger with installation of an electric centrifugal pump in vertical, slanting and horizontal wells. Protectolizer comprises a two-component body which consists of pin-connected body with a cable channel and a bracket made with a possibility of mounting both onto a cylindrical and hexagonal part of the pump neck or hydraulic protection body, a detachable tool joint with fastening elements. Body length L is not less than its width B, the inner surface of the body, on one side, is equipped with grooves for mounting on the base of the pump or hydraulic protection body diameter with a diameter Db1 mm or Db2 mm. At that, mounting of the protectolizer body on the base of the pump or hydraulic protection body with diameter Db1 mm is carried out by sectors l1, and on the base of the pump or hydraulic protection body with diameter Db2 mm - by sectors l2. Other side of the inner surface of the body is equipped with grooves for mounting on the flange of the pump or hydraulic protection body with diameter Df1 mm or Df2 mm, while mounting of the protectolizer body on the flange of the pump or hydraulic protection housing with diameter Df1 mm is carried out by sectors l3, and on the flange of the pump or hydraulic protection body with diameter Df2 mm - by sectors l4. Besides, the inner part of the body from this side is equipped with four grooves to accommodate six or eight fasteners connecting two parts of the pump body or hydraulic protection body. Protectolizer body, beside a hinged pivot bolt, is connected to the bracket by an adjustable pivot screw, and the inner surface of the bracket is equipped with two flat stops for basing on them of the cylindrical or hexagonal neck of the pump- or hydraulic protection body.
EFFECT: higher reliability of protectolizer fixation on the pump neck, improved universality of the protectolizer.
