SUBSTANCE: shutter (20) for insulating electrical contacts (54) includes first panel (22) having first opening (30) and second panel (24) having second opening (30). First opening is offset from second opening when shutter is in a closed position. Second panel (24) includes a first guide (34) configured to react to a pressure of a phase barrier (60) of an insertable/withdrawable unit (10) thereon to move second panel in a first sliding direction relative to first panel such that first and second openings align so as to allow an electrical contact to extend therethrough. Spring housing (100) having a spring disposed therein between at least two support legs (102, 103) is slidably disposable in first panel (22) and extends through second panel (24).
