FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering. As a result of the installation of a protective device acting to close or open the internal connectors, both main and test, located in the extending section of MCC 16 cabinet. This procedure is performed mechanically by means of a block of elements connecting two thin plates 5 and 5A, which in turn are connected between themselves and located below. Their shape ensures their tight fit. Switching is performed externally with the door closed, by activating operating key 2, starting the pendulum that drives gear unit 6, respectively installed in the inside of the extending section of the cabinet, including the gears 6B, 6C connected to the two lower thin plates 5 and 5A, which ensures the movement and connection of the test connector, and then the main connectors to corresponding busbars 12. Plates 5 and 5A are connected to each other and have a corresponding shape. Testing device is turned on when working key 2 of extending section 4 is first moved, connecting the test device in extending section 4, and the main connectors are connected by further moving operating key 2 of the system.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing the reliability and efficiency of operation when the electrical connectors located in the extending sections of the control cabinets of the motor control center (MCC) are blocked and switched on.
