FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: lubrication system of internal combustion engine containing the main oil line, pressure pipeline connecting line with turbocompressor bearing, hydraulic accumulator with spring-loaded by means of spring piston connected by inlet pipeline via t-joint, check valve and pipeline to the main oil line. Between the pump wheel turbocompressor and ice in air pipe communicating the Turbocompressor and ice suction pipe, the braking device with rotary shutter drive is carried out from the main oil line by hydraulic cylinder and spring-loaded lever. Electronic control unit is connected with storage battery through ignition switch and control relay, located in the tractor cabin means. For additional cooling turbocompressor bearing oil radiator is connected through a valve device including spool and step motor with pressure pipeline system. Hydraulic accumulator is connected through a pressure regulator with primary pipeline system, and secondary pipeline with electromagnetic nozzle, the turbo-compressor connected to electronic control unit and serves to feed oil to the bearing in run-down turbocompressor at shutdown engine. At the outlet of turbocompressor bearing oil temperature sensor output is connected with electronic control unit. For intermediate cooling air system there is intercooler connected by inlet branch pipe-with an air pipe, in which there is a damper with step motor and sensor of rotation, connected with electronic control unit, outlet branch pipe with suction pipe system. Between air cleaner and pump wheel turbo-compressor air flow and temperature sensors are installed, also connected with electronic control unit. For supply of cooled air into run-down to turbine wheel turbo-compressor air and outlet branch pipes of the system are connected to bypass pipe. Besides, the system is equipped with: control lamp faults, connected with electronic control unit installed in the tractor cabin turbo compressor RPM sensor devices installed on the housing of turbo-compressor, diagnostic connector intended for diagnostics of turbo-compressor and its elements, crankshaft position sensor installed on the crankcase; all sensors are connected with electronic control unit. Braking device comprises two rotary shutter arranged one inside the suction, and the second exhaust pipes, a drive which is carried out from the main oil line with the help of two hydraulic cylinders and two spring-loaded levers.
EFFECT: invention provides higher operational reliability of bearings of turbo-compressor and longer life.
