FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lubrication systems of engines, particularly to systems of lubricant under pressure, and is intended for lubrication of elements of a Turbocompressor diesel internal combustion engines. Lubrication system of internal combustion engine containing the main oil line, pressure pipeline connecting line with Turbocompressor bearing, hydraulic accumulator with spring-loaded by means of spring piston connected by inlet pipeline via t-joint, check valve and primary pipeline to the main oil line. Between turbo compressor and internal combustion engine in the air pipe communicating the Turbocompressor and ice suction pipe, the braking device with rotary shutter, a drive which is performed from the main oil line with the help of lever. For lubrication system control electronic control unit is connected with storage battery through ignition switch and control relay, located in the tractor cabin means. On the crankcase of internal combustion engine crankshaft RPM transducer is connected with electronic control unit for determination of crankshaft rotation frequency. On the inlet branch pipe of turbo-compressor air flow sensor is connected with electronic control unit to determine the value of air supply. To control braking device is installed hydropneumatic accumulator comprises housing accommodating flange and the cylinder, dividing the latter into three cavities: pneumatic, hydraulic, atmospheric pressure. Pneumatic cavity is located between flange and membrane secured on the periphery to the housing, and resting on the right and left of the bearing plate. In the hydraulic cavity located inside the cylinder, on the pusher is installed piston with spring and oil resistant seal, the front part enters the flange and compacted with the help of oil-resistant seal. Rod is located inside pusher with a thrust bearing installed in the beginning of the rod, and to inner wall of the pusher is attached support for fixation of the rod and the compression spring, installed on the stock end stop nut and screw mechanism of emergency disconnection of hydropneumatic accumulator. At the bottom of the hydraulic cavity to the housing tube with drain pipeline. In the cavity of atmospheric pressure on the rod are coaxially arranged support disk and return spring. At the bottom cavity of the atmospheric pressure to the air outlet tube housing. To feed oil from hydraulic cavity to the bearing Turbocompressor on hydropneumatic accumulator there is a solenoid valve connected with electronic control unit and connected via t-joint on one side, the pipeline valve and t-piece to main oil line, on the other side through a pipe, t-joint, pressure pipeline to the Turbocompressor bearing. Besides, to feed air into pneumatic cavity and opening of Rotary gate brake valve is fitted with hydropneumatic accumulator above air supply, which on one side is connected with air tube conveyor, on the other side-with the pneumatic chamber of hydropneumatic accumulator and is connected with electronic control unit.

EFFECT: invention provides higher operational reliability of a turbocompressor, longer life.
