COATING SLOPES Russian patent published in 2016 - IPC E02B3/12 E02D17/20

Abstract RU 2592104 C1

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydrotechnical construction and can be used for protection against action of wind waves and to prevent wash-off of shores of lakes and rivers and water reservoirs, slopes of soil dams and channels, as well as other hydraulic structures. Coating slopes includes concrete blocks formed by injection of self-sealing concrete mixture through slots in space sewn to each other along perimeter of water-permeable webs, having flexible vertical links in form of woven tape with width of not more than 5 mm and located between upper and lower web. Flexible vertical links are arranged via through-sewing of said webs by tapes, provide required shape to concrete blocks and prevent breaking of webs under pressure of pumped concrete. Between concrete blocks there are crosspieces, having vertical links and filtering elements are in crosspieces at corners of concrete blocks. Coating is additionally equipped with flexible inclined links, internal reinforcing elements, damping layers and filtering web made from permeable material. Each flexible inclined link is connected by one end with top web at point of connection of flexible vertical link, and other end to bottom web at point of connection of adjacent flexible vertical link. Internal reinforcing elements in form of flexible ropes are arranged inside body of each concrete block between flexible vertical links and pass along whole length of coating slope. Damping layer from elastic porous material in form of flexible webs are arranged under concrete blocks without overlapping filtering elements and crosspieces and attached to filtration web, located on surface of protected slope.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of reliability of coating slopes and efficiency.
