REVETMENT Russian patent published in 2017 - IPC E02B3/12

Abstract RU 2625675 C1

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: revetment includes concrete blocks formed by injecting the self-compacting concrete mixture through slits into the space of water-permeable webs sewn together around the perimeter. The webs have flexible connections in the form of strong woven tapes of the width not exceeding 5 mm, located between the upper and the lower web, arranged by means of through sewing with tapes of these webs, providing the required shape to the concrete blocks and preventing the rupture of the webs under the pressure of the injected concrete. Narrow bridges having shortened flexible connections are arranged between the concrete blocks. The revetment also contains filtering elements placed at the corners of the concrete blocks in the bridges, internal reinforcing elements and a filtering underlay web attached on the underside of the concrete blocks. The internal reinforcing elements made in the form of flexible ropes are arranged inside the body of each block in the area of possible occurrence of tensile stresses between the upper web and the lower web and between the flexible connections parallel to the slope surface. The revetment is additionally equipped with water-permeable woven reinforcing strips and anchors. Wherein the woven reinforcing strips with one end are sewn to the filtering web under each concrete block in one or several locations of the internal flexible connections, and with the other end are fixed to the anchors installed in the body of the slope.

EFFECT: increasing the revetment reliability and efficiency, reducing the labour intensity and material consumption while manufacturing it and installing on a slope to be protected.
