FIELD: gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices intended for combustion of waste gas for their recycling. Flare facility for combustion of waste gases includes at least, a separator for separation of condensate from the waste gas, combined burner device, which includes a frame, a mixing head fixed on the frame and consisting of waste gas feed unit, condensate feed unit representing two annular collector installed coaxially and interconnected with two blind branch pipes, nozzles arranged in concentric circles and binding between a unit for supply of waste gas and condensate supply unit consisting of tip in the form of hollow cylinder connected to the waste gas feed unit, wherein in its outlet part there is a device for flow swirling, preferably in the form of a multi-turn spiral, sleeve with cylindrical inner surface covering with clearance and connected with condensate supply unit, pilot-light burner located on the axis of the mixing head and fixed on the frame, feed of waste gas and condensate supply header connected with mixing head, the separator is connected with combined burner device through pipeline of waste gas, suction and discharge pipeline pump intended for pumping of condensate from the separator.
EFFECT: high efficiency and completeness of combustion process of waste gas.
