FIELD: processing and recycling of waste.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for the thermal neutralization of liquid wastes, mainly process wastewater - industrial effluents formed in gas condensate and oil fields, by a fire method. Device comprises a shell with a shaped inlet and outlet, mounted on a frame, a pilot burner located inside the shell, a burner located on the axis of the shell and representing a hollow cylindrical body connected to the fuel gas supply line, a pipe coaxially installed inside the body and connecting the industrial effluent supply line to a pneumatic injector located in the outlet part of the burner body and consisting of a tip through which industrial effluents are fed, while the axial channel of the tip in the outlet part is blind and its cylindrical surface has uniformly circumferential radial holes, a nozzle having the form of a Venturi tube, with a tip located coaxially in it and a plug fixed at its end in which holes are made at an angle to the axis of the burner, while there are tubes installed on the outer surface of the burner body evenly around the circumference, in the outlet part of which injectors are installed.
EFFECT: technical result consists in the increase in the effectiveness of the neutralization process by improving the quality of spraying industrial effluents.
