FIELD: fire safety.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fire extinguishing, namely to robotic fire fighting installations. To turn nosepiece 7 around vertical axis, first motor is started to make worm 5 starting rotation and turning tooth gear 2 with platform 1 on busing 3. When nosepiece 7 has achieved required azimuth, motor is stopped, thus providing fixation due to self-braking of worm gear. To turn nosepiece 7 about horizontal axis, second motor is started to make rotate shaft 13 with worm 12, which by means of tooth gear 11 and connected to it worm screw 9 rotates tooth gear 8 with axis 6 and nosepiece 7. After turning the latter to required position, it is fixed by stopping motor. Then fire-extinguishing medium is supplied into channel 15, and through hollow hinge 14 and channel 16 in axis 6 medium enters nosepiece 7.
EFFECT: invention aims at simplifying design, reducing power consumption, and higher reliability and operating characteristics.
