FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drive gears and can be used as antenna leads, locators, cameras and other devices installed on military or other specialized equipment. Aim of the invention is to simplify the design, reduce the moment of inertia of the antenna control mechanism and its weight and size characteristics. To maintain the position of the antenna unchanged in the vertical plane, drive shafts 2 and 8 rotate, for example using electric motors, with the same frequency. In this case, platform 1 will rotate in the horizontal plane (in azimuth) together with piles 5, rod 10 and antenna 9 installed on it, and hob gear 6 will remain stationary, so that rod 10 and antenna 9 do not change their position in the vertical plane. To move to last antenna 9, the frequency of shafts 2 and 8 is changed relatively to each other. Suppose that the frequency of shaft 8 is greater than the speed of shaft 2 (platform 1), as a result of which hob gear 6 will roll over screw 7 and rotate in the stops, pulling rod 10 and antenna 9 behind it.
EFFECT: design simplification; reliability and operational parameters enhancement.
