FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in plant selection for improving productivity of ladyfinger. Method envisages growing ladyfinger on a nutrient medium Krasilnikova-Korenyako, in which adds mineral nitrogen in a dose of 0.072 g/l. Simultaneously with planting seedlings ladyfinger inoculation their strains of legume bacteria. At the end of 45-50 days after sowing symbiotic is evaluated efficiency ladyfinger with strains of bacteria Rhizobium loti L. at accumulation of biomass with subsequent extraction of effective legume bacteria Rhizobium loti L.
EFFECT: invention increases output of plant biomass ladyfinger.
