FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction materials, particularly to production of heat-resistant composites (concrete) based on chemical binders. Binders used in heat-resistant concretes include liquid glass, silicate block (transparent glass alloy of alkali silicates - semi-product of liquid glass) and phosphate binders. Technical result is increasing ultimate compression strength and heat resistance of heat-resistant composites, which are achieved by adding to the composition some siliceous moulding sand with oxide content, wt%: SiO2 - 95.8; Al2O3 - 3.01; Fe2O3 - 0.88; CaO - 0.31 in the following proportion, wt%: spent catalyst IM-2201 15-20, crushed rock 30-45, H3PO4 12-17, siliceous moulding sand with oxide content, wt%: SiO2 - 95.8, Al2O3 - 3.01, Fe2O3 - 0.88, CaO - 0.21 28-33. This technical solution using siliceous moulding sand increases mechanical strength and heat resistance of refractory concrete.
EFFECT: use of industrial raw materials in production of heat resistant composite (concrete) enables recycling of industrial wastes, environmental protection, expansion of raw material base for construction materials.
