FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction materials, particularly to production of heat-resistant concrete based on chemical binders in form of phosphate binders. This is achieved by adding to composition based on phosphoric acid, slag from smelting of ferrotitanium, sand and nepheline sludge waste of spent catalyst containing, %: SiO2 - 31.9; Al2O3 - 5.8; Fe2O3 - 4.3; CaO - 55.7; MgO - 1.4; R2O - 1.8 and SO3 - 0.5, at following ratio of components, wt.%: spent catalyst IM-2201 10-15, nepheline dump sludge 33-40, sand 10-13, H3PO4 10-15, slag from smelting ferrotitanium 24-30.
EFFECT: technical result is increasing ultimate compression strength and heat resistance of refractory concrete.
