SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming, particularly to a crimp cap for a container for receiving a pharmaceutical substance, in particular an ampoule. Strip having a film layer, coated with plastic, is formed into a crimp cap by stamping-out and deep-drawing. Lacquer layer is provided between plastic layer and film layer. Plastic layer is made transparent to enable determination of colour appearance of crimp cap. In another version plastic layer is made transparent and is connected to metallic film layer with an adhesive that is visible through plastic layer and that creates a colour effect. Invention also relates to a crimp cap for container for receiving a pharmaceutical substance, as well as for container with a pharmaceutical substance.
EFFECT: providing colour and complete overlapping end edge of metal film layer with plastic layer.
