FIELD: environmental protection; oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to protection of natural environment in oil and gas industry and is intended for recycling oily drilling waste in construction, operation and removal of oil and gas wells. Construction material includes drilling wastes, cement in amount of 1 to 15 % of weight of drilling wastes, sand in amount of 10 to 40 % of volume of drilling wastes, diatomite in amount of 0.1 to 5 % of weight of wastes, wherein diatomite is added first, followed by cement and sand.
EFFECT: high degree of environmental protection, strength and resistance to wind and water erosion.
